Principal Real Estate Broker/ Auctioneer/ Appraiser:  Founded Gravitt Auction, Inc. in 1972, prior to that he was in real estate sales and property management.  Serving as a principal broker for a major real estate property management company responsible for over 5,000 units both commercial and residential in the Chattanooga, Nashville & Memphis areas.  He is a graduate of the charter class of the Certified Auctioneers Institute, class of 1976, held at Indiana University.  He has received these professional designations/certifications, "GRI", Graduate of the Realtors Institute, "CAI", Certified Auctioneer Institute,  "AARE", Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate, & "GPPA", Graduate Personal Property Appraiser.  He is one of only 16 auctioneers throughout the United States to have earned all 3 designations offered by the Auction Marketing Institute.  Ken is past president of the Tennessee Auctioneers Association and currently serves on the Board of Directors.  He has over 30 years in the auction profession.

Marcus D. Gravitt, TN#2781
Principal Auctioneer/ Appraiser/ Real Estate Broker.  In 1990 he was Honorably Discharged after 6 years of service in the U.S. Army.  He is a graduate of the Certified Auctioneers Institute, held at Indiana University.  He has received these professional designations/certifications, "CAI", Certifies Auctioneer Institute, "AARE", Accredited Auctioneer of Real Estate, "CTG", Certified Tennessee Real Estate Graduate, "GPPA", Graduate Personal Property Appraiser, and is working towards his "ASA", American Society of Appraisers.  He is one of only 16 auctioneers throughout the United States to have earned all 3 designations offered by the Auction Marketing Institute.  In 1998 he was made principal auctioneer & appraiser for the firm.  Mr. Gravitt is currently Vice President of the Tennessee Auctioneers Association.  He has over 12 years in the auction profession.

Della Gravitt, Real Estate Broker
Since its founding in 1972, Della has worked as a real estate broker.  She maintains and assists in coordinating activities associated with real estate projects, compiling due diligence material and being a liaison for clients and Gravitt's staff.  She also tracks all calls for each specific auction.  Della has over 30 years in the auction profession.
